The Second Season of Legalized has officially come to an end. However, Bill C-45 has just passed Parliament and cannabis will soon be legal across Canada. Navigator will continue to provide update episodes on the status of legalization and developments in the industry. In addition, Legalized is releasing a series of extended and uncut interviews from Season 2.

The Ins and Outs of Medical Cannabis

This week is the final episode of Legalized Season 2. On it, David speaks with founder and head of Canadians for Fair Access to Medical Marijuana, Jonathan Zaid, and President of the Canadian Association of Medical Cannabis Dispensaries, Jeremy Jacob, about their ongoing push to increase access to medical cannabis. They discuss the retail limitations imposed on medical cannabis as well as attempts to stop a $1-per-gram excise tax the federal government plans to impose on medical cannabis.

Ontario Election Special: Ford’s Transition to Power

In the wake of the Ontario provincial election and the transition from a Liberal government under Kathleen Wynne to a Progressive Conservative government under Doug Ford, Navigator conducted a province-wide research project.

We did this to find out why Ontarians voted the way they did.
