Navigator is hiring a highly capable Consultant to serve as Special Assistant to the Chairman. This is a demanding, fast-paced role at the centre of Canada’s leading high-stakes public strategy and communications firm.
This position is equal parts strategic support, project quarterback, and relationship manager. It requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and interpersonal intelligence, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in real time and under pressure.
This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs before they are voiced, and takes pride in being the person others rely on when the stakes are high.
Corporate, political, government, or professional services experience is an asset. A strong understanding of how reputation, relationships, and decision-making intersect at the senior executive level is essential.
