Navigator’s BIPOC Public Affairs Fellowship is a learning program that aims to break down barriers limiting BIPOC post-secondary students from pursuing careers in public affairs.
The fellowship provides post-secondary students with an opportunity to explore a career in public affairs through an eight-week seminar. Fellows learn from, and network with, Navigator’s public affairs practitioners and are provided with the support, knowledge, and skills needed to enter and thrive in the industry.
Through the BIPOC Public Affairs Fellowship, Navigator’s goal is to help increase diversity in our industry while creating an environment that is more inclusive and welcoming to all.
