pdoyon@navltd.com LinkedInAs the Managing Principal for the Montreal office, Patrick brings over 20 years of experience of strategic advice to CEOs, board directors, public figures and not-for-profit sector decision makers.
A natural facilitator, Patrick enjoys helping clients define a clear vision of what they want to accomplish and a strategy to meet their objectives. He particularly enjoys contributing to government and public relations campaigns that draw on multiple stakeholders, leveraging their unique strengths and capabilities to move forward on a common purpose. During his time at Navigator, Patrick has acquired considerable knowledge in issue management, crisis response and reputation recovery. He provides strategic advice and communications counsel to clients, helping them navigate complex landscapes and achieve their goals.
Before joining Navigator, Patrick worked at a government relations firm where he advised organizations and business leaders from the environmental, energy, and associative fields, among others. Prior to his time in consulting, Patrick was a policy advisor to the Quebec Treasury Board President, in charge of implementing the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Bill and Quebec’s P3 agency.
Patrick holds a Master in Public Communications Management from Stirling University in Scotland and is currently pursuing a PhD from the University of Sussex, UK.
