Before joining the Montreal office of Navigator, Patrick worked for 11 years at a government relations firm where he has advised among others, clients from the environmental, energy and associative fields.
A natural facilitator, Patrick enjoys helping clients define a clear vision of what they want to accomplish and a strategy to meet their objectives. He particularly enjoys contributing to government and public relations campaigns that draw on multiple stakeholders, leveraging their unique strengths and capabilities to move forward on a common purpose.
Patrick completed a Masters in Public Communications Management degree from Scotland’s Stirling University in June 2013. He is presently studying for a PhD at the University of Sussex, UK. Previous to consulting, Patrick was a policy advisor to the President of the Québec Treasury Board and was responsible for implementing the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Bill as well as Québec’s P3 agency.
