pfavre@navltd.com LinkedInPatricia brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic communication, crisis response, and public affairs across the corporate, political, and health sectors. Known for her sound judgement and calm under pressure, she is a trusted advisor to clients navigating reputational challenges, regulatory scrutiny, and high-stakes transformations.
At Navigator, Patricia plays a central role in shaping the firm’s national crisis preparedness practice, designing and delivering crisis protocols, simulations, and executive training programs for clients across the country. She teaches crisis and governance modules to Board Directors through the Institute of Corporate Directors, complementing her advisory work with practical, board-level education.
Patricia also leads public affairs campaigns for organizations seeking to influence high-impact policy decisions, bringing together coalition-building, advocacy, and strategic communications to drive meaningful results.
Patricia began her career in Ontario politics, serving in communications and operations roles in government, including in the Office of the Premier and in the office of a Cabinet Minister. She later led executive communications, emergency response, and stakeholder engagement at one of Toronto’s major academic hospitals.
A committed public servant, she serves on the board of Philip Aziz Centre and Emily’s House, which provide hospice care for adults and children, and previously held four terms on the Ontario Liberal Party’s executive. Patricia is fully bilingual and holds an Honours BA in Political Studies from Queen’s University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.
