nbajaj@navltd.com LinkedInNika is an Associate Consultant in the Toronto office. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Political Science from Western University. Nika concentrated her degree on the role of gender in politics, completing an honours thesis on the impact of gender and party affiliation on incumbent re-election results.
At Western, Nika held various roles in the University Students’ Council, the primary governance body for Western students. As President of the university's largest faculty council, she led the establishment of Western’s Anti Sexual- and Gender-Based Violence working group. This initiative resulted in policy recommendations aimed at fostering safer campus environments, addressing critical issues.
Nika has also worked on several provincial and federal election campaigns, where she utilized her experience at Navigator to support the development of candidates’ communications and digital strategies.
