mgould@navltd.com LinkedInMichael is a Senior Consultant based in Navigator’s Toronto office. He has over a decade of experience spanning increasingly senior roles in the not-for-profit, academia, the private sector, as well as municipal and provincial governments.
At Navigator, Michael supports a diverse set of clients through live crises, crisis preparedness, public affairs, reputation campaigns and government relations, particularly servicing clients with vulnerable populations such as hospitals and health networks. He has also supported clients across various industries including health care, education, finance, technology and agriculture.
Prior to Navigator, Michael served in the office of a former mayor in Winnipeg and in the office of a former Manitoba Cabinet Minister. As the senior advisor to the Minister, Michael played a critical role in the creation and implementation of programs and policies to support and assist industry, advanced education, and immigration stakeholders affected by the pandemic.
Originally from Manitoba, Michael is a graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business.
