Max is an intern at the Toronto office, holding honors degrees in International Relations and Business Administration from Western University and the Ivey School of Business. Distinguished as the top student in the International Relations program, he earned the Gold Medal and received accolades such as the JJ Wettlaufer Award, USRI, and the Lincoln Barakett Memorial Scholarship in recognition of his academic and extracurricular achievements.

During his undergraduate studies, Max co-founded CourseLnk, a social media platform with over 18,000 users. He led several student organizations, serving as Editor-in-Chief of The Social Contract, founding and leading the Ivey Business Review Podcast, acting as President of the Ivey Book Club, hosting the Ivey Sports Leadership Conference, and organizing and co-leading the Cabinet Cleanout Initiative, which raised over 2,750 pounds of food for food-insecure individuals in the greater London area. He also completed research projects funded by CPA Thought Leadership in London, UK, on the future of the CFO, and in Los Angeles and San Francisco where he interviewed some of the world’s foremost experts and leaders in Artificial Intelligence.

Before working at Navigator, Max interned at Hotspex as a Market Research Analyst, and at Western Ivey as a Research Assistant, where he studied American declinism and business ethics.
