Kayla is an intern at Navigator’s Toronto Office. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Studies from Queen’s University and a Masters in Public Administration from Queen’s University’s School of Policy Studies.

Prior to joining Navigator, Kayla gained skills in research, policy development, data analysis, communications, and digital and creative marketing through her coursework and extensive involvement in over 25 unique roles at Queen’s. Some of her most notable roles include positions with the Arts & Science Undergraduate Society’s Executive Council, Queen’s University Council on Anti-Racism and Equity, the Centre for Environmental Health Equity, policy advisory roles with Queen’s Provosts and multiple student election campaigns. Kayla has most recently completed a co-op term with the Public Health Agency of Canada’s Centre for Border and Travel Health as a junior policy analyst.
