She played a key role in major policy transformations including energy sector reform, historic agreements in the Ring of Fire, and an unwavering dedication to partnership and key investments with Indigenous communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
With experience in both the federal public service and politics, Kaisha possesses a thorough knowledge and understanding of government approval processes and its internal business and has managed a complex web of stakeholders, political staff, civil service, Indigenous partners, and non-governmental organizations.
Kaisha holds an Honours, B.SocSc. in International Studies and Modern Languages in French Immersion.
