She brings her sharp analytical skills to each research mandate, critically evaluating both quantitative and qualitative public opinion data to uncover valuable insights for clients. She is passionate about continuously growing her skills as a researcher, and has completed courses on moderator training and artificial intelligence, machine learning and text analytics at the Burke Institute.
Prior to joining Navigator, Julia worked as a Research Consultant at a market intelligence firm, helping to lead news monitoring services and research projects for clients in a range of industries, from tech to automotive to insurance. She is active in her community, winning several awards from her local MP and MPP for her work as vice-president and later, president of her local tenants’ association. She is working towards a certificate in Community Engagement, Development and Leadership from Toronto Metropolitan University.
She holds a Bachelor of Humanities from Carleton University and a Master of Science in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics, where she focused on housing issues.
