Prior to joining Navigator, Jessie worked across industries, including legal, architecture, and environmental technology, enriching her ability to approach challenges with a multifaceted perspective.
Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary, with a focus on corporate social responsibility and economics. Complementing her academic foundation, she has earned certificates in both Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. These credentials further inform her data-driven critical thinking, allowing her to support clients in applying emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Jessie is committed to equity and inclusion and has contributed her time to various community initiatives. She served as the Director of Communications for the Equal Voice Calgary Chapter, advocating for the political engagement of women and gender-diverse individuals, as well as serving as a mentor to newcomers to Canada. Jessie also regularly volunteers with a non-profit organization focused on food security.
In recognition of the “Calls to Action” from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Jessie has completed Indigenous Relations training and is committed to her responsibilities as a person in treaty.
Outside of work, Jessie enjoys yoga, gardening, and spending time with her nephews.
