Jeremy Nixon is a Principal in our Calgary office.

Jeremy is a seasoned political and nonprofit leader with over two decades of experience mobilizing communities and implementing impactful social strategies. As Alberta’s Minister of Seniors, Community, and Social Services, he swiftly delivered on six key strategic objectives, including adjusting core support programs for inflation, strengthening food security, and aligning homelessness outreach with provincial recovery strategies. His leadership extended across multiple legislative committees and task forces, including chairing the Alberta Housing Corporation and spearheading policy initiatives around addiction recovery and public safety.

Before entering elected office, Jeremy built an impressive track record in the nonprofit sector. He held senior management roles with The Mustard Seed and Boys & Girls Clubs of Calgary, where he led transformative programs that significantly improved youth outcomes and shelter transition rates. His success in fostering collaboration, improving data-driven decision-making, and building strong stakeholder relationships reflects his deep understanding of both operational execution and social impact.
