jmcelwain@navltd.com LinkedInJenny McElwain is a Senior Consultant at Navigator’s Toronto office. At Navigator, Jenny has worked across a wide range of sectors, assisting clients with various crisis communications, government relations and public affairs mandates.
Prior to joining Navigator, Jenny worked at Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation where she assisted in the delivery of Toronto’s Priority Subway Projects and the Transit-Oriented Communities Program. In addition, she worked for Global Affairs Canada as part of the Commercial Trade team at the High Commission of Canada in Canberra, Australia. In these roles, she assisted in stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and issues management.
Jenny holds a Master of Public Policy from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.
