Jennifer recently completed an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Public Relations at Humber College, with a focus on crisis communication, public affairs and reputation management. She previously completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Communication Studies and Criminology at Wilfrid Laurier University where she earned Honours Specializations in Global Communication and Digital Media.
Through her participation in the Wilfrid Laurier University Student Publication, Jennifer played a key role managing media relations and digital channels. Her precedent mandates also equipped her with successful experience supporting municipal campaigns, conducting research and consulting clients. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for NGOs, hiking the Niagara Escarpment and crocheting.
Jennifer is eager to continue to expand her professional capacity at Navigator.
