Jennifer started her career as a research analyst at a major Canadian bank, over 25 years ago. Since then she has undertaken complex research studies often employing both qualitative and quantitative techniques as both a client and a consultant.
Jennifer has been employed in the field of marketing and market research since 1992, when she began her career as a research analyst at a major Canadian bank. She continued her career in the financial services industry for almost two decades.
In addition to her extensive background in banking and wealth management, Jennifer has undertaken numerous qualitative and quantitative research studies in other sectors including health care, travel and telecommunications, in order to inform communications, program and policy development.
Jennifer’s qualitative experience includes in-person and online focus group moderation as well as conducting in-depth one-on-one interviews and online discussion boards. Her experiences have afforded her the opportunity to moderate a breadth of participants, including children, teens, parents, C-Suite executives, low-income people, health care professionals, indigenous people and seniors. In addition to her hands-on experience, Jennifer has also obtained professional training in focus group moderation (at the Burke Institute) and meeting facilitation (at the Banff Centre for Leadership Development).
Jennifer graduated in 1992 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Prior to joining Navigator, for more than six years Jennifer was employed as a Senior Associate at a national public opinion and market research firm.
