She combines first-class creative expertise and strategic thought entrepreneurship with commercial acumen to provide Navigator’s clients with a distinct competitive advantage. Janine brings over a decade of extensive creative, brand and marketing experience, having worked previously in reputation management, public affairs, financial services, and non-profit.
As an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and positive mental health, Janine is passionate about mentorship and helping to strengthen the creative community. Her work has been recognized by the Registered Association for Graphic Designers (RGD). She was recently awarded the Design Dept. & Meta Design’s Leadership Coaching Scholarship for Women of Colour in the Creative Industry. She currently offers mentorship through ADPList, Where Are The Black Designers? and Women Who Create.
Janine holds a Bachelor of Design from OCAD University and post-graduate certificates in Strategic Marketing, Brand Management and Web Development.
