Dr. Evelina Lou is an accomplished researcher who brings her expertise in methodological design, key analytical capabilities, and insightful interpretation of research findings, to her work with Navigator’s clients.
Prior to joining Navigator, Evelina worked at a national public opinion and market research firm, conducting quantitative and qualitative studies in diverse areas, ranging from financial services to government, from advertising to arts and entertainment.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western University, and then went on to complete her Masters and Doctorate in Psychology at York University, with a focus on topics related to culture and race in Canada. She has received prestigious awards for her doctoral dissertation on minority stereotypes, including the Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship Doctoral Award, the President’s Susan Mann Dissertation Scholarship at York University, and the Ontario Graduate Scholarship. She has also authored numerous publications in academic journals and presented her work to both specialized and interdisciplinary audiences at various conferences.
