Daniele Medlej

She advises senior leaders on high-stakes issues, reputational risk, and public positioning, often in fast-moving, highly scrutinized environments.
Prior to joining Navigator, Daniele served in senior communications roles in the federal government, including as Director of Communications to multiple federal ministers. In these roles, she led media relations and strategic communications on complex, high-profile files and provided trusted counsel to Cabinet-level decision-makers.
Daniele also brings extensive campaign experience, having worked on numerous federal elections, including the most recent successful campaign of Prime Minister Mark Carney. She remains actively engaged in political and public affairs work, bringing a deep understanding of the media, political, and stakeholder landscapes to her advisory role.
