Throughout her career, she has played key roles in the highest levels of government and has advised various senior Ministers. Most recently, as the Director of Communications and Issues Management in the Office of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, Bahoz collaborated closely with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis leaders to promote reconciliation and self-determination.
Prior to this, she served as Press Secretary and Senior Communications Advisor to two former Ministers of Immigration, where she effectively managed critical issues, led media initiatives, and responded swiftly to evolving challenges. During this time, she was a part of the Canadian delegation at the United Nations Global Refugee Forum.
Bahoz has been the official spokesperson for election campaigns and has held various roles at both provincial and federal levels.
As a media commentator, she frequently appears on radio to provide expert analysis of the current political landscape. Her ability to engage with media and shape narratives has established her as a trusted voice in the field.
In addition to her professional work, Bahoz is also an avid improv performer.
