Prior to joining the team at Navigator, Andrew served as director of digital and video for Canadian Geographic. In addition to his work at Can Geo, Andrew retained clients as a private consultant, working in digital strategy and strategic direction for clients across the CPG, private equity, real estate and policy sectors.
With a specialty in omnichannel marketing, and a background in film production, Andrew crafts complex narratives that leverage digital and social media to optimize campaigns, reach target and maximize conversions. As a writer, Andrew has written for some of Canada’s leading publications including The Globe and Mail, National Post, Canadian Geographic, FLARE and ELLE Canada. He has served as a judge for the University of Guelph-Humber’s EMERGE Media Awards for three years, and has taught traditional publishers how to embrace digital media through a series of workshops delivered by Magazines Canada and the Alberta Association of Media Producers.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society and a Fellow of the International Strategic Studies Association in Washington, D.C.
