Empower by Navigator | BIPOC Public Affairs Fellowship
About
The Empower by Navigator Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour Public Affairs Fellowship is a program that encourages post-secondary students to start and advance careers in public affairs.
Our eight-week program, led by Navigator’s public affairs experts, provides in-depth learning about the industry with a focus on communications, media relations, public affairs campaigns, crisis response and reputation management and government relations.
Each week, Fellows participate in a 120-minute module that includes a lecture on the topic of the week, as well as a practical or case study component where learnings are applied to real life situations.
The fellowship also offers continued mentorship for those interested in pursuing a career in public affairs through job search support and networking opportunities.
