He brings a background in policy research, issue analysis, and strategic writing, with a particular focus on geopolitical risk, AI governance, and public policy.
Noah is currently completing a Master of Liberal Arts in International Relations at Harvard University and holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo. He is also the founder of The Diplomatic Wire, a non-profit research and analysis platform focused on geopolitical and public policy issues.
Outside of his work, Noah is a contemporary oil painter and saxophonist which keeps his creative instincts sharp.
