Darren Elias

Darren brings agency and political expertise to the role of Senior Consultant. Most recently, he held the position of Director of Accounts at boutique communications strategy agency kg&a, leading narrative development and campaigns for clients in the urban development, infrastructure and built environment sector across North America and the UK.

Darren previously served as Director of Communications for the Ontario Green Party during the 2025 provincial general election campaign and at Queen’s Park, and has experience working with social enterprises, think tanks and non-profits across North America, South Africa and Hong Kong.
